Salvaging Supplies

Can anyone tell me how to get the Mission for this item as Brit?

I did the Academie Nationale missions in Roseau, went to Point a Pitre and still can't get a mission where I get them.

My last attempt was that French woman in PR who gives you charts for Oranjestad. I went there did all maps and still don't get them.

They are fixed in the next patch anyway so there is no point spending BSPs exploiting the fact they are bugged...

Their application will be more limited in 2.6, but there will still be a use for them, in certain cases.

What's bugged about them? Are they not supposed to be on their own cooldown?

you need 500 acedmie nat rep doing missions in pr then
in the bar, from shelia and the girl left on the dock that give the diving clock mission

Currently, they don't damage armor facings as they should.

If it exists, why not use it? Goblets and BSNs are easy to get and cheap if you do it right.
