Veterans, MoVs & Pb Queues

Many Veterans complain about not getting into Pbs that they have invested much time in or in their factions rvr in general. A Veteran rvrer's decision to attend a pb is not generally motivated by accumulating more movs, they usually have quite a few.

With that in mind' I'd like see a set MoV turnin at a port, that players already have contention on, where said player can choose to use to 100% ensure that they get into that certain pb.

People only intending to go to the pb to get movs or just wishing to save their MoVs, still have a chance to go (after the MoV payers get in 1st) by not paying & taking their chances with the existing contention system.

How many Movs? Would like to see suggestions, I was thinking 5. For 100% chance of entry. If more than 24 pay the MoVs? (though it seems unlikely) 1st 24 that paid get in, the rest get reimbursed.

Or would it be better to just make each MoV = 1 or 2k personal contention? (I prefer the previous option)

The PB system really needs a rework, it's really not working out for anyone right now.

I do not understand this sentiment, that there should be a guaranteed attendance to PB's. The only way to really balance out a win-streak is by more inexperienced people joining the battles. This kind of system would just put more inexperienced people (those people that needs to see action the most) on the bottom of the pyramid.

This system is also subject to abuse, and open up xteaming sabotage to a much higher and easier extent than before. Make a few alts in other nations, give them the MoV's for turn-ins, let them camp the turn-in man, be the first to turn it in, secure your invite, and click out once the battle have started.

that talk is cheap Elune, you know we have very few "useless" people join our PBs.

It's will better if any towns have several battle rounds.

For example. If u want to take Les Hattes, u need win 1 from 1 battle 24vs24. Bridgetown - 2 from 3. St John's - 3 from 5.

Don't like this idea, it is elitist. You want a place in the battle then earn it like the rest of us.

I appreciate the lottery system can through out some weird invites but this is not the answer for me.

Yes, because when you have 4k points for a PB, you really "earned" the 46th spot on the queue.

Especially when some people manage to get in with <100 points on first wave.

If you want to talk about earning, let's make it linear "highest first".

And increase PCP from PVP kills. One player sunk is NOT the same effort as three NPC.

What if 25 people put up 5 movs for a pb invite?

make it random lottery for those 25, and the one unlucky guy gets spot #1 in the queue.
