I'd explain to you in detail why we don't have inflation but I'm afraid my words would be wasted.

Hello?

Hi, is this Keline?

...yes?

The 80's happened. And Germany. And Zimbabwe. Have a good evening!

You know that the only words you could come up with atm is "I haven't the faintest idea what I'm talking about, but this seems a good thread to imply I need easier access to money, bc I goddamn sink all the time". It's a fair point, but it's your only one.

I'm nigh unsinkable. I understand other players, that is all.

Ok, I always try to be nice when reading your posts, but it's simply impossible you selfish soul...

Seriusly, what the **** is wrong with you? Why you just don't take that huge stamp out from you *** and place it on the game, saying PvP only? I havn't seen ONE SINGLE post from you where you actually want to improve/sustain the PvE part even a little. Time to open up you blind eyes and realise that this game is as much PvE as PvP.

I'm not even suprised that you just couldn't write

but that you ALSO, of course, had to affect the PvE with your ****** hands and write

decrease rewards for fleeting outside them
Would it really be that ******* bad to just increase the rewards in the red areas, and keep the rewards as they are outside?

Sure, you can call all PvE'ers carebears, but they still have their right to enjoy the game as much as you do. And people like me, who enjoy both PvE and PvP, would like it to remain that way, we want both parts equal good.

Increasing the payout for increased work (the mental chore of paying attention in the red-zone) and risk (100%+ more risk when fleeting in the red) is pretty much on par with how the real world works. It isn't too far-fetched or greedy to expect that same concept to be present in the game.

I suspect that even with increased payout for red-zone fleeting, that the non-red fleeters will still sustain a higher rate of income per hour than the red-zone folks.

TBH, PvP/RvRers should get more money from fleeting.

At the end of the day, they are the returning customer...they need it...

Would like to know how often the average SC fleeter is a returning buying.

I think it's totally logic if fleeting in the red generates more cash than outside the red. I still haven't come across one fleet yet that I can't handle alone, wich means there's no cost in fleeting except for the ammunition (and at rare occassions I've run out of ammo, finishing a fleet off with basic rounds works, just takes some extra time).

If you go fleeting in the red, you can lose your ship, including perma fittings, not to mention you'd want at least bronze in case it turns into PvP, wich immediately as well usually requires alot of other consumables of high class, including carpenters, and on top of that, if you get sunk, you lose all the junk loot you've gained as well as any other unsecured cargo.

Getting paid for taking risks is logic, just getting paid is not.

Might I suggest Port Royale 2 as a game?

why do some pvper's feel that they need to get everything there way over the carebears?

Im just curious, i know many pvpers who still fleet to pay for there constant dura replacement.
they even buy the added hour of 20% chance loot drop.

stop your whinning.

your just jealous cause some people want to spend there time at santa clara.

I think it's pretty clear that in a perfect world this is how fleeting should work. Higher risk, higher reward.

I wonder if it's just not a practical thing to include from a coding perspective though. Otherwise, why wouldn't it already be in game?

i think its hard to adjust loot tables for it. "ship drops this stuff" is much easier then "ship drops this stuff in pve, but all this other stuff if its pvp instance"

ive thought since i started this game that giving more rewards for fleeting in the red is a great idea.
