Fight strength 100 (one level 50 in a 50 ship) against 194 (one level 50 in a 50 ship and one level 50 in an Arcadia MC), a very common scenario nowadays, can not be reinforced by another player of the strength 100 side.

This seems to be broken, is this fix addressing this issue? It's pretty damn big because many gankers now run with that setup knowing that their target can not get reinforcements.

Default OS Engagement Rules

Now as far as I experienced the OS engagement rules are meant to work as OS Group strength checks at:
  • "initial tagging" with the ratio 1:2
  • after tagging while "green timer": 1:1,2
  • for reinforcement timer aka "yellow timer": up until the strength of the highest
Now many players encountered that the green timer ratio 1:1,2 does not work for many cases like 100:194 where the 100 side should have gotten reinforcement up until 233 strength. Fixing this is one issue.

Another issue is that those ratios are wiping out the OS diversity. A modification of ratios like below would work better for OS health,

  • after tagging while "green timer": 1:1,5
  • for reinforcement timer aka "yellow timer": 1:1,3

Sadly this is a very common occurrence now,

We have eliminated the chat server, societies and the ability for players to form a group.

Question Fleet Reinforcements

My experience was pretty much straight forward, late to engage while the NPC Strength of a 12 pack was ratio-ed down to relative strengths of the two groupmates already in the circle.

Default Fort Caroline updated ?

I don't recall in any of the 2.9.xx release notes seeing that the port landscape had a face lift. It looks fantastic against the original generic layout.

Question - when did this occur since I missed it previously?

Any other ports which looked the old way, now have the new appearance?

Was in a group of 4.

Started a 1v1.

The rest of my group got tagged by a 4 group.

Went out of the 1v1 and tried to join the fight.

Couldn't join even if the force was 300 vs 400, about 1min30sec after the tag.
