LaunchPad wont update

I cant update because it keeps saying this

Unable to write to C:/Users/Public/Sony Online Entertainment/Installed Games/Pirates of the Burning Sea/AlchemyGraphics.dll - http://potbs.patch.station.sony.com/...312680&l=88869. The file may be in use or you may lack the necessary permissions to install.

How do i fix it??? please help

Try running it as administrator.

Hello, I am having this same problem. I don't know what you mean by run as administrator, how do I do that?

Right click. Select Run as Administrator.

Thank you, right clicked on Pirates icon on desktop and ran as adminstrator, it worked.

Of course, logged on 1 minute too late for Caracas invites!!!
