Pirate attack on Irish Point

Pirates 24 (Herc variants, Heavies 4th and 3rd rates (leaky leftovers from Royal Navies) and a Red Devil)
British 23 (Skirm Unit of HMCs/Slercs, The traditional British top class ships)

Brits come from Fancy Shield (aka Three Point Shield)

With the British seeking to expand their Caribbean Empire more around the surrounding areas of Port Royal... The pirates saw it fit to let them know that they still had a stake in the bloody waters of the Middle Antilles.

And with that in mind the Pirates sought out Irish Port to be a good example of Piratical Power.......(that and the Pirates knew the British were only stationing the unkempt Irish and Welsh there away from the Hobnobs of Port Royal... So it was gonna be a good 'ol brawl)

The British thinking that only silly pirates would come after a port so deep within their influence, and so they decided to go deal quickly with them by the quickest route possible.

But as the British Capt'ns turn the ridge they found that the normal motley crew pirates they see were hastily approaching them in what may be attributed as an Organized squad .... Chaotic... but organized nonetheless....

The British proceeded their usual engagement sending their drilled focus fire towards the pirates... A cheer arise from the British Capt'ns as their cannons struck true... They think their precision may send a fear that'll break the pirates lines like battle of past... but the Pirates didn't break... they didn't even fire in retaliation... as a matter of fact... one British sailor....(who is found holding onto some floating wreckage after the battle)... said he thought he saw some color coordinated parrots flying back and forth between the pirate's ships just before they all raised their sails to battle positions and blasted out an even larger barrage of cannon poundage into their ranks...

The British knew this was not going to be any normal dispatchment of raiding Pirates.

The Bloody battle raged on... and with what may have been due to the surprise of the Pirates organization....(Bloody Message Passing Parrots!!!)...

...the British skirmish group got off to a much hesitant start of attacks... They spent most of the fight trying to figure a way to penetrate the Pirates lines...

...The Pirates keep the pressure on the British main line as the Brits Skirms started to pick up their pace of damaging... but just when the British Skirmishers were about to start places a lot of hurt on the Pirates.... The Pirates turned to aim their cannons at them.... this prompted the British Skirmishers to look upon their Main Battle line... of Which the few left alive were now scattering for their lives...

...The Pirates with full intentions of using the Brit port as an example chased down and destroyed every last British ship...
