Make rafts/yachts/longboats level 5 ships

If I have deeds to haul I use either a 50 with a fast-ish combat ship, a 50 with a very fast burmuda/el dragon etc, or a lvl 1 in a lvl 1 ship.

Yes, the lvl 1 hauler was a myth, but with the new OS rules it is now 100% safe, if there's anything rarer than the lvl 1 hauler its the lvl 3 hunter

Who wouldn't be able to get a tag off in time on a priv/ct who spend their one skill point on unpred/sac speed anyway.

And what are the odds of getting a DC and running one of these at the same time?
