On the PF - Simplified by Level page, should the data not be constant from page to page? (Lines 49-52 sorry)

Or is this a summary of gun strength with certain gun amounts?

Lines 49-52 on that tab should be the same on every page. It's just a simple summary of gun reload, damage, and range. Though do keep in mind that Civilian and Fallback ships (except the starter ones) do less damage, and most variant upgrades have a slightly faster reload time.

If I wanted to find the average speed (at all headings) as opposed to the max speed, would taking the average of all heading multipliers for each ship, and then multiplying that by the max speed for each ship, give me the right number?

Edited to add: By the way, you're both awesome and crazy. Did Taelorn just post a data-dump list of values in the forum at some point? Regardless of where you got the data, it's awesome.

I think that would do it. On the page with the graph you could also average all the speeds there (D4364 and I4:I364)

Taelorn put them up on the open beta forums, right before launch, and I think they are also in one of the stickies up top.

One thing that has annoyed me with this spreadsheet was the DIV/0 error in the comparison page with everything except 1st/2nd rates. I took the liberty of correcting the error, as well as removing an extra 'Corsair' Xebec (Fallback) column (I may have placed that by mistake, but it's fixed now). Yeah that problem only happens in the Open Office version, and never quite had the time to load up Open Office on my machine to track it down. I'll send you an email so you can email it to me and I can compare.
