Launchpad Error

Whenever i try to launch POTBS the launchpad starts and i see SOE and then it says Launchpad has stopped working, Windows is looking for a solution and i have reinstalled twice and its still crashes!!! Plz help!!! I have an HP Z400 Workstation with an Intel Xeon processor and Windows 7 Professional with a ATI Firepro V3800 graphics card and 4GB of ram!!! I have no clue why it wont work!!! I had a Dell Optiplex that was ment for XP and it had W7 and a Intel Core 2 Duo and it worked fine on that idk why it wont work on my new one!!! Plz help

The launcher is run by Sony not FLS so you will need to contact them. I know the old launcher needed Adobe Flash and whilst I don't know if the new one does it is the only suggestions I have other than right-clicking the launcher and selecting Run as administrator. You might have some luck with the compatibility settings under the properties of the shortcut but I also have Win7 Pro and have not needed to use them.
