"POTBS files may be corrupt"

I just got a new computer and have tried using the launch file repair but it dose not seem to work. I built this computer myself and the hard drive is clean, so I know my files are not being deleted because of a faulty drive. Every time I would come outside of a battle it would crash and display the POTBS files are corrupt error. But Here are the log files if anyone can help me.

Looks like its trying to load the screen but the files for the menu bars etc are corrupt. I think the best thing to do is to reinstall from scratch and start again buddy. If the files are corrupt your screwed.
