Default Darkness imprisoning me...

I don't know how to say this really, but this is the first time in at least a week that I check in on the forums again, something I used to do on a daily basis before.
It's been even longer since I logged in to the game, haven't done so since I tried out the new patch on Testbed, and can't even remember how long ago that is.
Not only do I not know what's going on ingame any longer, worse is, I actually don't care. I haven't had that urge to play, to be fair, lately I haven't even had the game in mind, wich is very rare.

I might log in to do some epic grouping if the opportunity presents itself, but just thinking of it makes me realize that amassing the needed amount of energy for that will be very difficult.

So far I still like to thank all those I played with and against, won't mention anyone and won't forget anyone, but you all made this game to what it is, whatever your playstyle may be.

I like to thank HMK for trying to recruit me for at least three of the four years I've been playing, and for the groups I've been in with you, you're all amazing players, wich contributed in a big way to making my early gaming experience awsome.

I'm very grateful to the joiners of different concepts I've been part in, like Dauntless of Doom, Griffons de Mer, Tigres of Terror etc, you've all added to my continued joy in this game and kept it alive for me, especially new players joining us in different PvP groups.

Also, my thanks go to all those I've pugged with during my time in the game. There has been some really epic fights from time to time, not to mention the utter failures we've managed to pull off.

Of course, I'm greatly thankful to all those groups I've been in that assigned me lead in fights, I've been honoured by it and really hope you enjoyed it. I hope you all understand my main goal was to get you all sunk to the best of my ability. Alot of good players pass my mind here, and I'm truly honoured by your achievements I've seen you do in alot of fights.

Finally, of course, I wish to thank Lys-au-Crane, without whom this wouldn't have been the game it is for me.
Class A theorization, "it'll be what it'll be" execution!
If I do log in again it's to fight with you guys. On our best days I don't think there's any group that considered us easy in any way.

/QRT.

I'll sign to this though even I have uninstalled the game now.

I salute you CG - The best friend I had in this game for the past 4 years!

And thanks to all who I sailed with over the years (emote "/gg") Special thanks to the pug members of "Griffons de Mer" and ofc all the members of "Lys-au-Crane"

EDIT: And my respect to the few who stay loyal to fight for ONE nation! (emote "bow")

It's sad to see both of you gone, but I've been going on and off too - I understand the feeling.

Good Luck, gentleman, in all what you are doing.
I know the feeling and I can give it a name:
The spirit, the spirit is gone.

Salute to a honourable frenchman.

Thnx fellas for the support, been enjoying sailing with and against you all.

Magnus nailed it, though. This is what has killed the desire to even log in any more.
