To accept An Invitation from Lady Serafina, talk to an Inquisition Priest. There is one in San Juan.

Head to the Church in San Juan to Speak to Serafina Fandino.

To accept the mission, speak to any Inquisition Priest in the Caribbean. While there are Inquisition Priests located all over the Caribbean, there is also a Priest in San Juan (which the port the Priest will send you anyway).

To learn more about the mission head to the Church. Once inside the Church, enter Serafina Fandino's Office to the left of the stage, and speak with Cardinal Serafina Fandino.
