Talk to Zara Dominguez

To begin the mission, sail to Maracaibo and Speak to Zara Dominquez.. She is located on the right side of the Magistrates office. She asks for your assistance.

After recovering his ship Morant Rais spent the rest of the night manning and outfitting his ship. He set out this morning looking for revenge and unless we, meaning you, help him with this task, he will be sailing to his doom. There is a contingent of Corsairs sailing with Captain Hassan, and I don't think Captain Rais know this, or maybe his thirst for revenge is such that he doesn't care.

Proceed to the dock.

Protect Rais

You will enter the encounter in the sea. You are given instructions not to fire upon Captain Hassan' s ship. You need to protect Captain Rais from the other Corsair ships. You can sink them of just keep them from firing on Rais.

Eventually Rais will sink Hassan. Once that is done you will need to sail within 150 yards of Rais' ship and click on his ship to speak to Rais. Next you need to pick up some flotsam from Hasan's ship. Sail within 150 yards of the flotasm and click on it to pick it up.

When these tasks are complete you may exit the encounter.

Collect your reward

Return to Zara Dominguez and she will reward you with:

2600 Gold Doubloons 520 Experience Gain 375 Reputation with Corsarios del Rey

You also receive Unknown Treasure that is placed in your personal inventory. Right clicking it starts the mission The Transgression.
